Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Heath Hunter on ‘Revolution In Paradise’. Since completing 1997’s ‘Revolution In Paradise’, Heath Hunter fulfilled their contract with Clickpop Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Rikki Toldo has compared writing for Heath Hunter’s new album to that on ‘Revolution In Paradise’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Check it every song is worth the money for the Revolution In Paradise CD!
Master and Servant - another great track from the Revolution In Paradise album. When I listen to Love Is All Around in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. In Independance Heath Hunter is at his best. Walking On Clouds is sonically very melodic with nice haunting verses. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Revolution In Paradise is Long Way To Heaven. El Mambo is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. No Heath Hunter song has come close to capturing my attention as Love Is A Mystery did. Ev’rybody is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. Revolution In Paradise couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Life Goes On. Ay Ay Ay - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. Once you hear Bonus Track, you will listen to it over and over. Mambo (Extended Original Mix) is the most memorable and marvelous. Mambo (Brain Mix) is the astounding blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Weedy Weedy Wee (Sunlight Mix) is probably the highlight of the album.
