While no new Isildurs Bane album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1997 tour in Africa. MIND Volume 1 carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Lead single “The Flight Onward - Phases 1-5″ and “Ataraxia” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. MIND Volume 1 is preety good and all the songs have a good meaning behind them.
Ataraxia is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. In a State of Comprehension is a striking and quite long song. A unique and uplifting song. Unity is another strong production from Isildurs Bane. Nice and different song. Holistic Medicine is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. A Blank Page is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction.
