While no new Janet Jackson album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1997 tour in South America. I am not a real Rock: Pop-Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘The Velvet Rope’ really is amazing. Janet Jackson had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. I love The Velvet Rope so much, i’ve been crazy about Janet Jackson ever.
Velvet Rope (feat. Vanessa Mae) is gorgeous work of Janet Jackson. I listened to the opening track You and liked it a lot. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Got ’til It’s Gone. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. My Need is one of my favorite songs by Janet Jackson. Interlude is beautiful, yet underrated track. Go Deep is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Free Xone has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. Interlude - For me, this is the best of the album. Blew our minds when we first heard Together Again. Interlude is a bit different from Janet Jackson stereotypical stuff. From the moment you listen to Empty you’re hooked. Interlude -Full which is my favorite is a truly Janet Jackson sounding song. What About is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. So much energy, so exciting a sound.It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. I Get Lonely gives taste of what makes Janet Jackson special as a musician. Rope Burn is possibly the best song Janet Jackson has come up. When listening to Anything, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. I can’t stop humming along Interlude Sad. Special the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe.
