This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Jeff Mills. Now signed to Jeff Mills’s Blackout Records, the title track from second album “Purposemaker Compilation” leads Jeff Mills’s back-to-school campaign. It has been eight years Jeff Mills’ last studio CD, “Purposemaker Compilation” which won Billboard Music Award and was nominated for album of the year. Purposemaker Compilation album is a scorcher!
I like the agression and power of Casa. The Bells one of the best in my collection. Reverting marked the continuation of Jeff Mills in style evolution. Song Alarms is actually a funny song. This song stands out greatly from the others. Cubango is one of the coolest songs Jeff Mills has ever recorded. One listen to the sheer beauty of Medicine Man was all I needed. Paradise is really a nice song to relax and listen too. Although Masterplan is very melodic it is far from sad. In Fly Guy the music gets its power. The opening track Fuzz Dance is very much like you would expect from other albums. I can’t stop humming along Tango. This track is just fantastic from start to finish.
