This is one of greatest albums of Freiburger Spielleyt. On Nun Grus Dich Gott album, Freiburger Spielleyt have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Freiburger Spielleyt energies, virtually a rebirth. It is very exciting!
Ich Spring An Disem Ringe is a perfect, simple song by Freiburger Spielleyt at the top of his game. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Preambel & Welscher Tantz Wasc (1:47) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! It took me a little time but I ended up loving Ami Souffre Que Je Vous Aime. So Trincken Wir Alle is absolutely incredible. The song feels complete. Kochersperger Spanieler is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. The sound in Der Floh is really warm and Freiburger Spielleyt’s signature voice is still very much present. Praeambulum In Fa very upbeat. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Freiburger Spielleyt. Je M’y Plains Fort - A strong beat. The sound of Frolich Muss Ich Singen is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. Mit Lust Tritt Ich An Diesen T sets the tone for the entire album. Hopper Dancz is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen.
