After debuting at No. 1 last week, Los Tucanes de Tijuana’s album 12 Tucanazos Nortenos falls to No. 2 with 964,000, a sales slide of 54%. It has been seven years Los Tucanes de Tijuana’ last studio CD, “12 Tucanazos Nortenos” which won MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. On the France charts, superstar Los Tucanes de Tijuana’s career stalled before it left the starting gate. If I may, I suggest “Mis Tres Animales”. That one song is amazing!
In El Bravero Los Tucanes de Tijuana is at his best. Some call Pilares De Cristal from 12 Tucanazos Nortenos as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Sin Rivales is a very catchy tune. You can find feelings on this piece of art. La Sombra Mala is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. Se Que No - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. Seis Pies Boca Abajo is the first taste of the new album. Ya No Sufras is the albums biggest surprise. After you’ve listened to El Tigre De Tijuana, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Me Robaste El Corazon is amazing song though, very addictive.
