This album has some very good songs like Pegasus Fantasy (1996 version) and Best Friend. I am not a real Soundtrack music type of person, but i have to admit ‘The Gold Collection CD1′ really is amazing. The Gold Collection CD1 isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Pegasus Fantasy (1996 version) and Best Friend is really good.
Best Friend rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. In Athena’s Theme it becomes nowhere more obvious that Saint Seiya has yet to define own style. Boys Be presents the marvelous mix of instruments on The Gold Collection CD1. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Beautiful Child. Saint Seiya allows each song to breathe and flourish. I love the melodic melody of Goodbye Warrriors and to this day it makes me feel good. In Interlude 4 you won’t find any flashy solos. Blue Forever (1996 version) is pretty funky and mellow. Dragon Blood is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Do Cvidanija - Time of Promise one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. Tale of Youth II - I Leave my Heart has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Saint Seiya’s strong vocals come to the fore. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Nice and different song.
